Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to most international destinations. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported. Some countries may be excluded due to import restrictions on cosmetic and beauty products; if your address is unsupported, you will be notified before checkout.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard domestic shipping on all U.S. orders over $45. Orders under $45 are charged shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

United States: 3–5 business days from ship date, via USPS, UPS, or comparable carrier.

International: 1–4 weeks from ship date, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Domestic orders over $45 ship free (see Free Shipping above). Subscription orders use the same rate structure as one-time orders.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update with the carrier.

International Orders, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, VAT, or import taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a tracked package is marked delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@more.hair within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Address Errors

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.
