Because MH-01 is a topical cosmetic applied to the scalp, we can’t accept returns on opened bottles for hygiene and safety reasons. That said, we’ll always make it right if there’s a problem with your order — reach out and we’ll take care of you.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email info@more.hair within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Unopened items

Unopened bottles in their original, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Original and return shipping are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — please use a tracked method. Email us first to start the return.

How to start a return or report a problem

Email info@more.hair with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval (or of us receiving a returned item). Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible — we can usually help before it ships. Presale orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.

Non-returnable items

Opened bottles (except where damaged or defective), gift cards, promotional items, and final-sale items can’t be returned.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and most international destinations, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12 p.m. CT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS; international delivery takes 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs.

Free shipping

Orders over $45 qualify for free shipping, which covers any shipping option up to $12.50. Faster options that cost more are charged in full.

International duties

Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country.

Lost packages

If a tracked package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, contact info@more.hair within 7 days and we’ll help.

A subscription authorizes automatic recurring charges until you cancel, at a discount off the one-time price.

Billing

Your first charge is processed when you place the order; each following charge is processed on your renewal date. If a charge fails, we’ll retry over 7 days; if all retries fail, the subscription pauses.

Reminders & price changes

We send an email reminder before each renewal (at minimum the day before). If a subscription price ever increases, we’ll email you at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime online at more.hair/account or by emailing info@more.hair. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Unshipped orders can be refunded within 7 days of the charge; shipped orders follow our Return & Refund Policy above.

By using more.hair you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to order.

Accounts & orders

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may accept or decline any order, correct errors, and change prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. Product colors and appearance may vary from images.

Health disclaimer

MH-01 is a cosmetic product, not a drug. It has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a medical condition or concern.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print, and download content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest data, or upload harmful or fraudulent content.

Disclaimers & liability

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.

What we collect

Contact and order details (name, address, email, optional phone), order history, the last four digits of your payment card, and usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

How we use it

To process orders, manage subscriptions, provide support, send transactional and (with your consent) marketing messages, detect fraud, analyze site usage, and meet legal obligations.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email platforms, and analytics vendors — under contract.
