Affiliate Terms
Overview
These terms govern your participation in the MORE.HAIR affiliate program (the “Program”), run by MORE HAIR LLC (“we” or “us”). By creating an affiliate account, using your affiliate link or discount code, or continuing to participate after we post a change, you agree to these terms.
These terms replace the default program agreement shown when you signed up. You must be at least 18 to take part.
Joining the program
We decide who joins the Program and may approve, decline, or remove any affiliate. Your affiliate link and discount code are for your use only and can’t be sold or transferred.
Commissions and payment
You earn a commission on verified sales made through your affiliate link or discount code. Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard. No commission is earned on orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, or found to be fraudulent.
Payment
We pay commissions monthly, for the prior month’s verified sales, by bank transfer or another method we agree on with you. If you have not been paid before, your balance must reach $50 before your first payment. Smaller balances carry forward.
Taxes
You’re responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9 or W-8) and will report payments where the law requires it.
Disclosing that you are an affiliate
Every post, video, email, or other content that contains your affiliate link or discount code must clearly disclose that you earn money from it. The disclosure must:
- appear in the content itself, not only in a profile, bio, or separate page;
- be placed where it is hard to miss, near the start, and not hidden behind a “more” link or buried in hashtags;
- use plain words such as “Ad” or “Affiliate: I earn a commission.”
Tags like “#sp” or “#collab” on their own are not enough. Do not misrepresent your relationship with us.
Content and claims
Your statements about our products must be truthful and consistent with how we describe them. MH-01 is a cosmetic intended to support scalp health. You may not state or imply that our products grow or regrow hair, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, or produce any specific result, unless we have approved that claim in writing.
Honest testimonials
Any testimonial or endorsement must reflect your honest opinion and your actual experience using the product. Do not post a review, testimonial, or image that is false, misleading, or not based on genuine use of our product.
Results and before-and-after images
Before-and-after images and any statement of results need our written approval before you post them. If approved, state how long you used the product and name any other products or treatments you used during that time. Do not credit our product for results that came from a combination of products or treatments. Do not present results as typical unless they are, or clearly state what customers can generally expect.
No medical advice
Do not give medical advice or tell anyone to start, stop, or change a medication or medical treatment.
Laws, platform rules, and removal
You must follow all laws that apply to your content, including the Federal Trade Commission Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255), and the FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), as well as the rules of any platform where you post.
Review and removal
We may review your content for compliance. If we ask you to edit or remove content, do so within 48 hours of our request by email or message. We may suspend your link and code, and withhold commissions on sales that came from non-compliant content, until the issue is fixed.
Using our name and materials
Use only the product names, images, and wording we provide or approve. Do not state or imply that you are our employee or representative, or that we endorse you or your other content. You have no authority to make offers or promises on our behalf.
Independent relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, partner, or franchisee. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for how you promote us.
Ending participation
Either of us may end your participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email is enough). If you materially breach these terms, we may also suspend or end your participation immediately.
When participation ends, stop using our link, code, and materials. We will pay verified commissions you earned through the end date on the next regular payout, subject to the withholding rights described in these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by emailing the address on your affiliate account. Changes take effect seven days after we send the email. If you don’t agree, you may end your participation before the change takes effect. If you keep participating after that date, you accept the change.
Liability
The Program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you related to the Program is limited to the commissions payable to you in the 12 months before the claim arose. You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Program.
